  • 4 slices prosciutto, cut in half (or 8 whole slices if they’re small)
  • 8 cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 8 fresh mozzarella pearls

Step 1: Cut the 4 slices of prosciutto in half to make 8 pieces. If using 8 small slices, leave them whole.

Step 2: Thread one tomato, one mozzarella pearl, one basil leaf, and one folded piece of prosciutto onto each skewer or toothpick. Repeat to make 8 skewers.
