- 8 cherry or grape tomatoes
- 8 fresh mozzarella pearls (8 mini mozzarella pearls)
- 8 fresh basil leaves
- balsamic glaze
- 8 small skewers or toothpicks
Slice each of the four prosciutto pieces in half to make 8 mini slices.
To assemble, thread a tomato, a mozzarella pearl, a basil leaf, and a folded slice of prosciutto onto a skewer. Continue this process with the remaining ingredients until all are used.
Arrange the skewers or the toothpicks on a platter. If you like, drizzle them with balsamic glaze and sprinkle fresh dill on top. These are perfect for a quick appetizer or to serve at gatherings!
