Game Day Dip
This quick 45 minute slow cooker ground beef and cheese dip will be the center of every sporting event gathering! Serve warm with tortilla chips!

Ingredients:
- ground beef
- Mexican Velveeta cheese
- salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
- can chopped green chilies
- tortilla chips

Step 1: Cook and brown the ground beef. Crumble beef and drain any excess liquid.
Step 2: Place browned beef and the cheese in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 45 minutes, stirring periodically until cheese melts. Add salsa and green chilies. Reduce heat to Low and cook until all of the ingredients are heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- 4½ oz can chopped green chilies optional
