Christmas Garland Cocktail

Get into the holiday spirit with this fun and festive cocktail! You can make the garland ice cubes ahead of time, and when it’s time to enjoy, just add your favorite spirits for a delightful treat!

Garland Ice Cube Ingredients:

  • orange slices
  • whole cranberries
  • fresh rosemary sprigs
  • star anise
  • cinnamon sticks
  • cranberry juice

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • pomegranate-cranberry juice blend
  • Choice of Prosecco, Sparkling wine or Seltzer Water

Step 1: Place the Festive Garland Ice Cube ingredients into the ice cube tray molds (except for the cranberry cocktail juice) and position in a pleasing arrangement.

Step 2: After arranging, add the cranberry cocktail juice. Careful not to overfill the ice cube tray molds. Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours or until solid.

Step 3: When ready to serve the cocktail, place a Festive Garland Ice Cube into a glass.

Step 4: Top with pomegranate-cranberry juice & choice of bubbly over top. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Festive Garland Ice Cubes

Cocktail Ingredients

  • 2 oz pomegranate-cranberry juice
  • 3-4 oz Choice of Prosecco, (Sparkling wine or Lime Seltzer Water)

Instructions

  • Place the Festive Garland Ice Cube ingredients into the ice cube tray molds (except for the cranberry juice) and position in a pleasing arrangement. Add the cranberry cocktail juice. Careful not to overfill the ice cube tray molds. Freeze for a minimum of 5 hours or until solid.
  • When ready to serve, place 1 of the Festive Garland Ice Cubes into a glass. Finish by pouring the pomegranate-cranberry juice & choice of bubbly over top. Enjoy!
