Chocolate Pretzel Bites

Chocolate Dipped Nut Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • creamy peanut butter-almond butter or cashew butter
  • unsalted butter
  • powdered sugar
  • mini pretzels
  • semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1: Add nut butter, unsalted butter and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and using an electric hand mixer, beat until combined. Refrigerate mixture for 10-15 minutes to chill the filling.

Step 2: Take about 1 tsp. of the mixture and smear onto one of the mini pretzels. Then take another mini pretzel and place on top and press gently. Continue the process of making pretzel nut butter bites.

Step 3: Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 45-60 second sessions until melted. Stir between sessions.

Step 4: Now for the fun part! Take a spoonful of chocolate and move the spoon back and forth rapidly over the pretzels flicking chocolate over them, forming a chocolate decoration. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until set. Enjoy!

  • 8 Tbsp creamy peanut butter almond butter or cashew butter can be used
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 40 mini pretzels (approx.)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add nut butter, unsalted butter and powdered sugar to a large bowl and using an electric hand mixer, beat until combined. Refrigerate mixture for 10-15 minutes to chill the filling.
  • Take about 1 tsp of the mixture and smear onto one of the mini pretzels. Then take another mini pretzel and place on top and press gently. Continue the process of making pretzel nut butter sandwiches.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 45-60 second sessions until melted. Stir between sessions.
