- 8 Tbsp creamy peanut butter almond butter or cashew butter can be used
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 40 mini pretzels (approx.)
- ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Add nut butter, unsalted butter, and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl, and using an electric hand mixer, beat until combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to chill the filling.
Take about 1 tsp. Smear the mixture onto one of the mini pretzels. Then, take another mini pretzel, place it on top, and press gently. Continue the process of making pretzel nut butter bites.
Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 45-60 seconds sessions or until melted. Stir between sessions.
Now for the fun part! Take a spoonful of chocolate and rapidly move it back and forth over the pretzels, flicking it over them to form a chocolate decoration. Place the decoration in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until set. Enjoy!
