Chocolate Dipped Nut Butter Bites
Pretzels, chocolate and nut butter combined make the ideal salty & sweet snack!

Ingredients

  • 8 Tbsp creamy peanut butter almond butter or cashew butter can be used
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 40 mini pretzels (approx.)
  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add nut butter, unsalted butter, and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl, and using an electric hand mixer, beat until combined. Refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes to chill the filling.
  • Take about 1 tsp. Smear the mixture onto one of the mini pretzels. Then, take another mini pretzel, place it on top, and press gently. Continue the process of making pretzel nut butter bites.
  • Melt chocolate chips in the microwave for 45-60 seconds sessions or until melted. Stir between sessions.
  • Now for the fun part! Take a spoonful of chocolate and rapidly move it back and forth over the pretzels, flicking it over them to form a chocolate decoration. Place the decoration in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until set. Enjoy!
