Ingredients

  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz espresso

Instructions

  • Brew espresso using your preferred method. (Check out our Mochaccino recipe for instructions on using an Aeropress)
  • Pour room temperature sweetened condensed milk into the bottom of a clear glass. Carefully pour hot espresso over the milk. Go slowly so they don't combine.
  • After serving, stir to combine and enjoy this authentic coffee treat from España!

Notes

  • This recipe calls for a 2:1 ratio of coffee to sweetened condensed milk, but you can use equal parts of each if you prefer sweeter.
  • Never combine hot and cold in a glass or it can shatter. If your sweetened condensed milk is refrigerated, warm it up a little bit in the microwave.
