- caffeine-free raspberry tea bags
- piece of ginger, peeled and cut into pieces
- lime wedge for garnish
- honey
- mint leaves for garnish

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Boil 3 cups of water and pour over four raspberry tea bags in a teapot or large pot.
Step 2: Add peeled and chopped ginger pieces along with honey to the tea and stir thoroughly. Let it steep for 20 minutes for the best flavor. For optimal results, refrigerate the tea to cool down before straining. Once steeped, simply remove and discard the tea bags.
Step 3: Make sure to strain out the ginger pieces before serving.
