- 4 caffeine-free raspberry tea bags
- 1 in ginger (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 lime (for juice and garnish)
- 2 tsp honey

Boil 3 cups of water and pour over five raspberry tea bags in a teapot or large pot.
Add peeled and chopped ginger pieces along with honey to the tea and stir thoroughly. Let it steep for 20 minutes for the best flavor. For optimal results, refrigerate the tea to cool down before straining. Once steeped, remove and discard the tea bags.
Make sure to strain out the ginger pieces before serving.
