Equipment

  • Tea Pot

Ingredients

  • 4 caffeine-free raspberry tea bags
  • 1 in ginger (peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 1 lime (for juice and garnish)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • mint leaves for garnish (garnish)
  • raspberries for garnish (garnish)

Instructions

  • Boil 3 cups of water and pour over five raspberry tea bags in a teapot or large pot.
  • Add peeled and chopped ginger pieces along with honey to the tea and stir thoroughly. Let it steep for 20 minutes for the best flavor. For optimal results, refrigerate the tea to cool down before straining. Once steeped, remove and discard the tea bags.
  • Make sure to strain out the ginger pieces before serving.
  • Start by pouring the cooled tea into glasses filled with ice. Next, squeeze some fresh lime juice from a wedge into each glass for a zesty kick. Finally, sprinkle in some fresh raspberries and mint leaves for a lovely garnish. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

  • Increase the quantity of ginger for an extra strong ginger flavor.
