Holiday Vegetable Wreath

This holiday appetizer is quick to make and is sure to impress your guests. Our Holiday Vegetable Wreath has lots of green veggies to represent the greenery of a traditional holiday wreath, and then sprinkled with cherry tomatoes as ornaments. Serve with our Crazy Easy Onion Dip and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • broccoli
  • snow peas
  • asparagus
  • sugar snap peas or snow peas
  • cherry or grape tomatoes
  • green beans
  • green pepper
  • kale
  • fresh mint leaves

Step 1: Place a small mixing bowl upside down onto a large charcuterie board or round platter. Place the kale around the bowl.

Step 2: Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and arrange on top and around the bowl.

Step 3: Continue arranging, green beans, asparagus, green pepper and sugar snap peas on top of the kale and broccoli. Place the cherry or grape tomatoes in between the green vegetables to mimic ornaments. Arrange mint leaves near tomatoes and remove the bowl.

Step 4: Add a dip to a decorative bowl and place in the center of the wreath. Enjoy!

  • 6 cherry tomatoes (more or less)
  • ½ cup green beans (more or less)
  • ½ cup asparagus (cut into 1-2 inch pieces)
  • ½ cup green pepper (slice lengthwise)
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Place a small mixing bowl upside down onto a large charcuterie board or round platter. Place the kale around the bowl.
  • Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and arrange on top of the kale and around the bowl.
  • Continue arranging, green beans, green pepper, asparagus and sugar snap peas on top of the kale and broccoli. Place the cherry or grape tomatoes in between the green vegetables to mimic ornaments. Arrange mint leaves near tomatoes and remove the bowl.
