Holiday Vegetable Wreath
This holiday appetizer is quick to make and is sure to impress your guests.

Equipment

  • charcuterie board or large round platter

Ingredients

  • ½ lb broccoli (cut up into bite size pieces)
  • 1 cup kale (more or less)
  • ½ cup snow peas (more or less)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes (more or less)
  • ½ cup green beans (more or less)
  • ½ cup asparagus (cut into 1-2 inch pieces)
  • ½ cup green pepper (slice lengthwise)
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  • Place a small mixing bowl upside down onto a large charcuterie board or round platter. Place the kale around the bowl.
  • Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on top of the kale and around the bowl.
  • Continue arranging green beans, green peppers, asparagus, and sugar snap peas on top of the kale and broccoli. Place the cherry or grape tomatoes in between the green vegetables to mimic ornaments. Arrange mint leaves near tomatoes and remove the bowl.
  • Add a dip to a decorative bowl and place in the center of the wreath. Enjoy!
