Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:
- pears
- flat bread pizza crust-Stonefire brand
- prosciutto slices
- butter
- oregano
- garlic
- fresh parsley
- black pepper
- cinnamon
- alfredo sauce
- blue cheese
- asiago cheese
- balsamic glaze

Step 1: Preheat oven to 450º F. In a sauce pan place chopped up pears and butter. Cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Add oregano, minced garlic, black pepper and a dash of cinnamon. Cook for another minute and then transfer pears to a bowl.
Step 2: Spread 2 Tbsp of Alfredo sauce over the store bought flat bread. Top with cooked pears, blue cheese, Asiago cheese and torn prosciutto slices. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. *See Tips for additional baking and heating instructions.
Step 3: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add additional pepper, oregano and fresh parsley if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!
*Caution-Oven and pizza baking sheet, or stone will be hot!
Tips-
- Baking sheet method (soft crust) bake for 10 minutes.
- Direct on the oven rack method (crisp crust) bake for 7 minutes.
- Pizza stone method bake for 5-6 minutes.
- All baking times are approximate due to oven temperature variations.
- Make your own pizza dough.
- Use a round pizza crust.

- flat bread pizza crust-Stonefire brand
- prosciutto slices (8 thinly sliced pieces)
- ½-1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 garlic minced
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- cinnamon (dash)
- 1-2 Tbsp alfredo sauce
- ⅓ cup blue cheese
- ⅓ cup asiago cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- fresh parsley
Instructions
