Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:

  • pears
  • flat bread pizza crust-Stonefire brand
  • prosciutto slices
  • butter
  • oregano
  • garlic
  • fresh parsley
  • black pepper
  • cinnamon
  • alfredo sauce
  • blue cheese
  • asiago cheese
  • balsamic glaze

Step 1: Preheat oven to 450º F. In a sauce pan place chopped up pears and butter. Cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes. Add oregano, minced garlic, black pepper and a dash of cinnamon. Cook for another minute and then transfer pears to a bowl.

Step 2: Spread 2 Tbsp of Alfredo sauce over the store bought flat bread. Top with cooked pears, blue cheese, Asiago cheese and torn prosciutto slices. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted. *See Tips for additional baking and heating instructions.

Step 3: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add additional pepper, oregano and fresh parsley if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • cinnamon (dash)
  • 1-2 Tbsp alfredo sauce
  • cup blue cheese
  • cup asiago cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • fresh parsley

Instructions
