- 1½ cups pears (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- flat bread pizza crust-Stonefire brand
- prosciutto slices (8 thinly sliced pieces)
- ½-1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 garlic minced
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- cinnamon (dash)
- 1-2 Tbsp alfredo sauce
- ⅓ cup blue cheese
- ⅓ cup asiago cheese
- 1-2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
- fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 450º F. In a saucepan place chopped up pears and butter. Cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Add oregano, minced garlic, black pepper, and a dash of cinnamon. Cool for another minute and then transfer cooked pears to a bowl.
Spread Alfredo sauce over the store-bought flat bread. Top with cooked pears, blue cheese, Asiago cheese, and torn prosciutto slices. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add additional pepper, oregano, and fresh parsley if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!*Caution: Oven and pizza baking sheet will be hot!
