Prosciutto and Pear Flatbread Pizza
Give your pizza night a twist with this sweet and savory prosciutto and pear flatbread pizza.

Ingredients

  • cups pears (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • flat bread pizza crust-Stonefire brand
  • prosciutto slices (8 thinly sliced pieces)
  • ½-1 Tbsp oregano
  • 1 garlic minced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • cinnamon (dash)
  • 1-2 Tbsp alfredo sauce
  • cup blue cheese
  • cup asiago cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
  • fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450º F. In a saucepan place chopped up pears and butter. Cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Add oregano, minced garlic, black pepper, and a dash of cinnamon. Cool for another minute and then transfer cooked pears to a bowl.
  • Spread Alfredo sauce over the store-bought flat bread. Top with cooked pears, blue cheese, Asiago cheese, and torn prosciutto slices. Bake on a baking sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add additional pepper, oregano, and fresh parsley if desired. Cut into slices and serve warm. Enjoy!
    *Caution: Oven and pizza baking sheet will be hot!
