- peanut butter
- maple syrup
- eggs
- milk
- vanilla extract
- coconut flakes; optional
- protein powder; optional
- cinnamon
- baking powder

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Place the banana into a mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add the milk, maple syrup, extract, and peanut butter and blend using a fork. Add in the dry ingredients and the semi-sweet chocolate chips and combine. Bake in a parchment paper-lined baking dish at 375º F for 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before serving. Top with sliced almonds, bananas, chocolate chips, Greek yogurt, or drizzle with warm peanut butter.
