Choco-Coconut Bliss Bites (No-Bake, No Drama)
Some desserts require effort. These do not. These Choco Coconut Bliss Bites are sweet, chocolatey, a little coconut-y (obviously), and exactly what you make when you want something good without turning it into a whole kitchen situation.
They’re basically those chocolate coconut candy bar vibes—but homemade, easier, and you didn’t even break a sweat. No oven. No complicated steps.
Just mix, roll, chill… and somehow you’ve got a legit dessert.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rolled oats or quick oats
- 1¼ cup of peanut butter
- ½ cup of Maple syrup
- ½ cup of vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Mix the oats, vanilla protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut, and chocolate chips.


Step 2: Form 20-24 small balls of dough using your hands. Place them on a baking sheet and refrigerate until firm. Then, place the bites in a sealable container and keep them refrigerated.
