White Chicken Chili
Try our delicious and hearty white chicken chili which tastes quite different from classic red beaned chili. Enjoy our variation using ground chicken, green chilies and white beans!

Ingredients:
- ground chicken
- onion (diced)
- cans chopped green chilies
- Great Northern Beans
- cumin
- salsa (mild, medium or hot)
- chicken broth

Step 1: Cook and brown ground chicken in a skillet over a medium high setting. Drain any excess liquid.
Step 2: Combine chicken, onions, green chilies, beans, cumin, salsa and broth into a slow cooker and using a spoon, mix together. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 5-6 hours. Enjoy!
*Caution-Skillet on stove top and slow cooker will be hot!

- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 4½ oz cans chopped green chilies
- 2 15.5 oz cans of Great Northern Beans (drained)
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 cups chicken broth (add more if desired)
- ½ cup salsa (mild, medium, hot)
