White Chicken Chili
Try our delicious and hearty white chicken chili which tastes quite different from classic red bean chili.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 4½ oz cans chopped green chilies
  • 2 15.5 oz cans of Great Northern Beans (drained)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups chicken broth (add more if desired)
  • ½ cup salsa (mild, medium, hot)

Instructions

  • Cook and brown ground chicken in a skillet over a medium-high setting. Drain any excess liquid.
  • Combine chicken, onion, green chilies, beans, cumin, salsa, and broth in a slow cooker, mixing well with a spoon mix together. Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours or High for 5-6 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, hearty bread, sour cream, or shredded cheese. Enjoy!
    *Caution-Skillet on the stovetop, and the slow cooker will be hot!
