Tips:
- Not sure which sparkling wine to get? No need to spend a lot since you’ll mixing with other ingredients. A simple cava (sparkling Spanish wine) or any inexpensive sparkling wine will work. We’ve used Korbel or Cook’s plenty of times!
- Feel free to add more simple syrup and/or lemon-lime soda if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
- You can reduce the brandy to 2 oz or increase it to 4 oz depending on your preference.
