- 1 orange (plus more for garnish)
- 1 lemon (plus more for garnish)
- 3 oz brandy
- 3 oz simple syrup
- ½ can lemon-lime soda
- 1 bottle brut sparkling wine
Begin by filling a pitcher with a few cups of ice. Thoroughly wash and dry the oranges and lemons. Cut 1 orange and 1 lemon into quarters Squeeze the juice of each quarter into the pitcher then drop it in.
Stir in the brandy, simple syrup, and lemon-lime soda. Pour in a bottle of sparkling wine, then give it another stir. Fill wine glasses with ice and pour in the Sparkling White Sangria. Garnish with sliced lemons and oranges and serve!
- Not sure which sparkling wine to get? No need to spend a lot since you'll mixing with other ingredients. A simple cava (sparkling Spanish wine) or any inexpensive sparkling wine will work. We've used Korbel or Cook's plenty of times!
- Feel free to add more simple syrup and/or lemon-lime soda if you prefer a sweeter flavor.
- You can reduce the brandy to 2 oz or increase it to 4 oz depending on your preference.
