Pumpkin Donuts with Cream Cheese Icing

These pumpkin donuts are perfect for fall! They are super easy to make and only use 3 ingredients. Impress your family and friends with these delicious donuts.

Ingredients:

  • Spice Cake Mix
  • pumpkin-canned
  • cream cheese frosting
  • Prep Time: 20 mins

Step 1: Set oven to 350ºF. Spray donut molds with non-stick spray. Using a large bowl, mix cake mix and pumpkin puree together.

Step 2: Spoon donut batter into greased donut molds (batter makes 10-12 donuts). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.. Let donuts cool slightly before moving to a wire rack to cool.

Step 3: Warm the frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then dip cooled donuts in the frosting and return to the rack.

*Caution-donuts will be hot when removing from the oven.

Tips:

Instructions

  • Set oven to 350º F. Spray donut molds with non-stick spray. Using a large bowl, mix cake mix and pumpkin puree together.
  • Spoon donut batter into greased donut pan (batter makes 10-12 donuts). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the batter springs back when lightly pressed with a finger. Let donuts cool slightly before moving to a wire rack to cool.
  • Warm frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then dip cooled donuts in the frosting and return to the rack. Decorate with sprinkles if desired. *Caution-donuts will be hot when removing from the oven.
