- 1 package spice cake mix
- 15 oz can of pumpkin puree
- 1 can cream cheese icing
Set oven to 350º F. Spray donut molds with non-stick spray. Using a large bowl, mix cake mix and pumpkin puree together.
Spoon donut batter into greased donut pan (batter makes 10-12 donuts). Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the batter springs back when lightly pressed with a finger. Let donuts cool slightly before moving to a wire rack to cool.
Warm frosting in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then dip cooled donuts in the frosting and return to the rack. Decorate with sprinkles if desired. *Caution-donuts will be hot when removing from the oven.
