Mrs. Claus’s Christmas Cocktail
Celebrate the holidays with a deliciously creamy cocktail that has a delightful hint of peppermint and vanilla—just like Mrs. Claus would make! It’s the perfect way to add some festive cheer to your yuletide festivities!

Ingredients:
- vanilla vodka
- white chocolate liqueur
- regular or heavy whipping cream
- white chocolate chips-melted
- peppermint candy-crushed
- ice cubes

Step 1: Put peppermint candy in a ziploc bag and using a rolling pin or mallet, crush candy. Evenly spread crushed candy on a plate. Set aside.

Step 2: In a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate in microwave for 20 second sessions until melted. Carefully pour and spread onto a plate.

Step 3: Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate. *You may have to dip several times to completely coat rim. Let excess chocolate dip off.

Step 4: Dip the white chocolate rimmed glass into the crushed candy to coat. *You may have to dip several times to completely coat rim. You can apply more crushed candy by using the back of a spoon for a thicker candy rim. Let glass rim set for about 1 minute before adding the alcohol.


Step 4: To the cocktail shaker add the ice cubes, vodka, white chocolate liqueur and the regular or heavy whipping cream. Shake vigorously. Strain into the white chocolate and candy cane rimmed glass and enjoy!

- 1 oz heavy cream
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ¼ cup white chocolate
- peppermint candies (crushed)

- Put candy in a ziploc bag and using a rolling pin or mallet, crush candy into a rough powder. Place crushed candy onto a plate. Set aside.
- Using a microwave safe bowl, melt white chocolate in microwave for 20 second sessions until melted. Carefully pour onto a small plate.
- Dip the rim of a martini or coupe glass into the melted white chocolate and then into the crushed candy to coat.
- Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, heavy whipping cream and the ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into the white chocolate and candy cane rimmed glass. Enjoy!
