- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- ketchup
- apple cider vinegar
- brown sugar
- soy sauce
- lime juice
- garlic powder
- smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: In your blender, mix together diced mango, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until perfectly smooth, or pulse for a chunkier texture.



Step 2: Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Allow it to cool before serving. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
