- 1 ripe mango (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbap lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
In your blender, mix together diced mango, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until perfectly smooth, or pulse for a chunkier texture.
Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Once simmering, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Allow it to cool before serving. Store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
