Classic Charcuterie Board
This assortment of meat, fruit and cheese is perfect for get-togethers large and small! Impress your guests with a Classic Charcuterie Board that is both delicious and beautiful! Plus, it can be easily customized to fit your needs.

Ingredients:
- deli meat such as salami and/or pepperoni
- choice of cheese selections (cheddar, gouda, swiss, pepper jack…)
- soft cheese spreads such as Boursin or Alouette Garlic and Herb
- fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes…)
- crackers (we like the Toasteds assortment and pita crackers, but go with your preference)
- Baked Brie and crostini

Step 1: Begin by choosing 1 or 2 main items to focus on and center them on the board. I chose brie and Alouette spreadable cheese for this board. Place items specific to those dips around them. For instance, around the brie, I placed crostini and apple slices.
Step 2: Follow our tutorial for how to make roses out of deli meat: Charcuterie Roses. Place 2-4 deli meat roses on the board depending on size. I like to spread them out and fill in with more crackers at the end if needed.
Step 3: Place desired fruit (I like to be symmetrical, so I ended up moving some things around but feel free to be creative) on the board along with cheese slices. Fill in any holes with crackers, pita chips, cheese cubes, or whatever you prefer.
Step 4: Prepare yourself for the accolades you’re about to receive for creating an edible work of art!
