Begin by choosing 1 or 2 main items to focus on and center them on the board. I chose brie and Alouette spreadable cheese for this board. Place items specific to those dips around them. For instance, around the brie, I placed crostini and apple slices. Follow our tutorial for how to make roses out of deli meat: Charcuterie Roses. Place 2-4 deli meat roses on the board depending on size. I like to spread them out and fill in with more crackers at the end if needed. Place desired fruit (I like to be symmetrical, but feel free to be creative) on the board along with cheese slices.
Fill in any holes with crackers, pita chips, cheese cubes, or whatever you prefer.
