Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 2 oz creme de cacao
  • 2.6 g instant espresso (1 packet of Cafe Bustelo instant espresso)
  • 1 oz water
  • 2 oz half and half
  • chocolate syrup (optional)
  • chocolate shavings or espresso beans (garnish)

Instructions

  • Drizzle the desired amount of chocolate syrup around the inside of the martini glass.
  • Mix instant espresso with an ounce of water in a cup and dissolve.
  • Pour the vanilla vodka, creme de cacao, instant espresso with the water, and half and half into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake for 10 seconds and pour ingredients into the chocolate syrup-lined glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings or espresso beans.

Notes

  • Espresso can be omitted to make a chocolate martini.
  • To make chocolate shavings-Put ¼ cup of chocolate chips in a food processor and grind.
