Bubbly Berry Mocktail
Who doesn’t love bubbles? 🥂 Our superfun Bubbly Berry Mocktail 🩷 is the ultimate festive drink! With no alcohol in the mix, it’s a perfect option for all your party guests to enjoy. This delightful mocktail is just right for baby showers, pre-prom hangouts, and those cozy lunch gatherings. Cheers to good times! 🥂
- Serves: 7 (approx.)
- Prep Time for ice cubes: overnight
- Prep Time for drink: 3 mins
Ingredients:
- frozen lemonade concentrate
- pink cranberry juice
- frozen or fresh raspberries
- bottle of Sparkling White Grape Juice

Step 1: In a pitcher combine the frozen lemonade concentrate with 2 cups of the pink cranberry juice. Mix together.
Step 2: Place a few raspberries into the ice cube trays. Pour juice mixture into the ice cube tray and freeze overnight. *Note that frozen lemonade concentrate and pink cranberry mixture will be slushy.
*You will have leftover juice so set the rest of the juice mixture in the fridge until serving time.
Step 3: When ready to serve add approximately 3 tablespoons of the reserved juice to the bottom of each of the glasses along with ice cubes.
Step 4: Pour sparkling grape juice into glasses and celebrate!

- Try using strawberries or blueberries.
- Substitute Sparkling White Grape Juice with Prosecco for an alcohol version.
- Try using different shapes of ice cube molds.
- Try using Sparkling Red Grape Juice.
- Use heart shaped ice cubes for Valentine’s Day celebrations.
