Who doesn't like bubbles? 🥂 Our delightful Bubbly Berry Mocktail 🩷 is the perfect festive drink! It contains no alcohol so it's a perfect booze free option for party guests

Equipment

  • Champagne flutes
  • ice cube tray
  • Pitcher

Ingredients

  • 12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups pink cranberry juice
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 25.4 fl oz bottle of Sparkling White Grape Juice

Instructions

  • In a pitcher combine the frozen lemonade concentrate with 2 cups of the pink cranberry juice. Mix together.
  • Place a few raspberries into the ice cube trays. Pour juice mixture into the ice cube tray and freeze overnight. *Note that frozen lemonade concentrate and pink cranberry mixture will be slushy.
    *You will have leftover juice so set the rest of the juice mixture in the fridge until serving time.
  • When ready to serve add approximately 3 tablespoons of the reserved juice to the bottom of each of the glasses along with ice cubes.
  • Pour sparkling grape juice into glasses and celebrate!

Notes

    • Try using strawberries or blueberries.
    • Substitute Sparkling White Grape Juice with Prosecco for an alcohol version.
    • Try using different shapes of ice cube molds.
    • Use heart shaped ice cubes for Valentine's Day celebrations!
