Refried Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • cans of refried beans
  • cheddar cheese-shredded
  • Monterey Jack cheese-shredded
  • sour cream
  • cream cheese-softened
  • picante sauce
  • chili powder
  • ground cumin
  • tortilla chips
  • green onions-chopped

Cheeses, cream cheese, picante sauce, can of refried beans, spices, sour cream and green onions on a rotating tray on the counter.

Step 1: Place all the listed ingredients in the slow cooker except for the tortilla chips and green onions.

Step 2: Turn the slow cooker high and cook for 2 hours or until warm. Stir the bean dip occasionally.

Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!

  • cup cheddar cheese-shredded
  • cup Monterey Jack cheese-shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese-softened
  • cup picante sauce
  • Tbsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • tortilla chips
  • green onions-chopped

Instructions

  • Place all the listed ingredients in the slow cooker except for the tortilla chips and green onions.
  • Set slow cooker to (High) setting and cook for 2 hours or until warmed through. Stir bean dip occasionally.
  • Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped-up green onion. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
