- 30 oz refried beans (2x 15oz cans)
- 1½ cup cheddar cheese-shredded
- 1½ cup Monterey Jack cheese-shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese-softened
- 1½ cup picante sauce
- 1½ Tbsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- tortilla chips
- green onions-chopped
Place all the listed ingredients in the slow cooker except for the tortilla chips and green onions.
Set slow cooker to (High) setting and cook for 2 hours or until warmed through. Stir bean dip occasionally.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped-up green onion. Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
