No Bake Banana Caramel Pudding

We grew up on banana pudding—layers of cookies, bananas, and something creamy that magically came together in the fridge. This version just leans into that nostalgia, adds a little caramel, and skips anything that feels like extra work.

It’s cool, creamy, a little messy in the best way, and exactly what you make when you want dessert without making it a whole production.

Tips for the Best Banana Pudding

  • Use ripe (but not mushy) bananas for the best flavor
  • Let it chill long enough—the texture gets better over time
  • Don’t skip the caramel—it’s the upgrade
  • Want cleaner slices? Chill overnight

Storage

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
(If it lasts that long.)
