Whipped Feta with Roasted Nectarines

Whipped feta with roasted nectarines is such a delightful treat! Imagine the creamy, tangy, whipped feta paired with the sweet, caramelized nectarines! To whip it up, roast some sliced nectarines in the oven until they’re beautifully caramelized and tender. While that magic is happening, blend feta and cream cheese with a splash of olive oil and a little lemon juice until it’s smooth and creamy. Once your nectarines are ready, serve them warm or at room temperature with the whipped feta. It’s perfect as a fun appetizer or a unique addition to a cheese platter! Use fresh herbs like basil leaves or mint for an extra flavor. Enjoy every bite!
