Blueberry and Pineapple Mocktail

The vibe
It’s hot. You want something cold. Water isn’t cutting it.
This is the upgrade—sweet, a little tart, and just bubbly enough to feel like you made an effort.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 3-4 oz of Pineapple juice
- 2 oz of fresh lime juice
- 2-4 oz of Sparkling water
- fresh blueberries for garnish (optional)

Make the blueberry simple syrup ahead of time and keep it in the fridge.

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Begin by making the blueberry syrup.
Combine one cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, one cup of water, and one cup of sugar in a pot. Heat over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves, then remove from the burner.
Cool the syrup completely, then strain it into a container and refrigerate.
Step 2: Add the pineapple, lime juice, and blueberry simple syrup to a shaker with ice and give it a quick shake—about 10 seconds, we’re not auditioning for bartender of the year. Strain into a glass with ice, top with sparkling water, and toss in a few blueberries.
Want to make it look like you tried? Use crushed ice, grab a tall glass, add a little mint and a pineapple slice on the rim, and call it a day.
