Sunday Roast Beef
Let the slow cooker fix this delicious, no-fuss Sunday roast beef meal, while you enjoy the day with family.

Ingredients:
- beef chuck roast
- baby carrots
- onion
- slow cooker pot roast seasoning mix
- water
- olive oil
- Worcestershire sauce
- rosemary

Step 1: Place olive oil in a skillet. Sear beef on both sides on medium high heat setting.
Step 2: Place vegetables and seared beef in slow cooker. Add 1 cup of water to the seasoning mix and combine. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Pour over vegetables and beef. Cover and set slow cooker to Low setting for 6-8 hours.
*Caution-Slow cooker will be hot!
Tips-
- Slow cookers vary in temperature. Beef is done when it easily falls apart.

- 1 pkg. slow cooker pot roast seasoning mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place olive oil in a skillet. Sear beef on both sides on medium high heat setting.
