Simple Tom Collins Cocktail
This classic gin cocktail is made with just a few basic ingredients! Serving it over ice makes it a refreshing choice on a hot day. If you’ve never tried gin before, this drink is a perfect introduction!

Ingredients:
- lemon or lemon juice
- gin
- simple syrup
- seltzer water
- Ice

Step 1: Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the juice of 1 lemon, simple syrup, and gin and stir.
Step 2: Pour in a few ounces of your choice of seltzer water or club soda. Add more ice if desired. Garnish with a lemon and enjoy!
Tips:
- I used lemon flavored sparkling water, but any sparkling water or club soda will work.
