Instructions

  • Fill a tall glass with ice. Add the juice of 1 lemon, simple syrup, and gin and stir.
  • Pour in a few ounces of your choice of seltzer water or club soda. Add more ice if desired. Garnish with a lemon and enjoy!

Notes

  • I used lemon flavored sparkling water, but any sparkling water or club soda will work.
