- sweet potato
- olive oil or olive oil spray
- cinnamon (optional)

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 º F. Wash, peel, and cut sweet potato into bite-size pieces. Place onto a parchment paper or foil-lined baking sheet for easy cleaning. Drizzle or spray the olive oil onto the sweet potato chunks. Add a dash of cinnamon if desired. Bake for 40-50 minutes until sweet potato pieces are soft.



*Caution: Take care when removing it from the oven. The baking sheet will be hot!
