- pumpkin-canned
- plain yogurt
- milk or (dairy-free milk)
- honey
- banana
- pumpkin pie spice
- ice cubes
- water

- 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 4-8 Tbsp of water (use more water for a thinner consistency)
- garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
