  • can of black beans or kidney beans; drained

  • bell pepper; diced
  • prepackaged cooked diced or sliced chicken; or rotisserie chicken; shredded

Step 2: Combine the taco seasoning, water, and salsa in a casserole dish. Add the drained beans, corn, diced pepper, chicken, and cauliflower rice. Mix all ingredients.
