Diced Plum Tomato
These tomatoes go by many names including Italian, plum, or Roma. They’re so versatile – perfect for salsa, pasta, soups and salads! Follow this simple tutorial for the easiest way to dice them.
Step 1: Using a sharp, serrated knife, cut the tomato in half long ways.

Step 2: Cut each half 3 times to make 4 sections.
