Crispy Chicken Hummus Dip

Ingredients:

  • frozen chicken strips
  • hummus
  • lemon wedge
  • olive oil
  • red pepper flakes
  • parsley

Step 1: Bake chicken strips according to package instructions.

Step 2: Roughly cut chicken strips. Spread hummus onto a plate or into a shallow bowl. Using a spoon, make a slight hole into the center of the hummus. Fill and top with cut chicken strips, olive oil, red pepper flakes, torn pieces of parsley and the juice of a lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy with veggies or pita bread.

  • red pepper flakes
  • parsley
  • juice of a lemon wedge
