- 17 oz hummus (482 g)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- red pepper flakes
- parsley
- juice of a lemon wedge
Bake chicken strips according to package instructions.
Roughly cut chicken strips. Spread hummus onto a plate or into a shallow bowl. Using a spoon, make a slight hole in the center of the hummus. Fill and top with the chicken strips, olive oil, red pepper flakes, torn parsley pieces, and the juice of a lemon wedge, if desired. Enjoy with veggies or pita bread.
