Step 1: Slice your bread into 1 inch thick slices. Cut turkey into thin, bite size pieces.
Step 2: Begin building your sandwich. I started with a layer of stuffing on one slice of bread, then topped it with turkey. Add whichever leftovers you prefer!
Top sandwich with second slice of bread. Spread some butter on 1 side, then place on panini press, butter side down. Butter the top piece of bread, then close panini press.
Cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes or until it’s hot all the way through and browned to your liking. While the panini is browning, heat up a bit of gravy in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat another 15-30 seconds or until warm. Serve your panini with a small bowl of gravy for dipping and enjoy!
Stovetop Alternative:
If you don’t have a panini press, heat a small pan over medium low heat and cook sandwich on each side for 3-5 minutes. Still equally delicious, just not as flat!
