Homemade Crostini
Making crostini at home is so easy! They’re delicious with just a bit of olive oil or get creative with seasoning blends! They make a great addition to any charcuterie board or serve them with your favorite soup!

- Serves: 8 (3-4 slices per person)
- Prep Time: 4 minutes
- Cook Time: 6-12 minutes
Ingredients:
- bakery bread such as a baguette
- olive oil
- optional:
- coarse salt
- garlic and herb seasoning

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400º F. Slice bread into slices at an angle. Brush or spray both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle on seasoning blend if using.

Step 2: Place bread in a flat layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Crostinis should be crunchy and lightly browned.


Crouton Alternative:
Make croutons by cutting bread into cubes. Follow all other instructions, but reduce baking time.
