Homemade Crostini

This easy recipe can be served on a charcuterie board, with soup, or topped with bruschetta! It's so versatile!

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • garlic ad herb seasoing (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400º F. Slice bread into slices at an angle. Brush or spray both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle on seasoning blend if using.
  • Place bread in a flat layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Crostinis should be crunchy and lightly browned.

Alternative:

  • Make croutons by cutting bread into cubes. Follow all other instructions, but reduce baking time.
