- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 400º F. Slice bread into slices at an angle. Brush or spray both sides with olive oil. Sprinkle on seasoning blend if using.
Place bread in a flat layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Crostinis should be crunchy and lightly browned.
