🎉 How to Make a Batch Sparkling Cranberry Mocktail
Serving a group? Skip the cocktail shaker and make a pitcher that serves. This makes approximately 18½ cups, enough for 24 servings at 6 ounces each; 18 servings at 8 ounces each
- 64 ounces of pomegranate-cranberry juice, chilled
- 2 cups orange juice, chilled
- 67.6 fl oz of lime seltzer water, chilled
- 4-6 cups of ice (in a pitcher or in individual glasses so the pitcher doesn’t get watered down.)
Combine the juices over ice in a pitcher. Just before serving, add the lime seltzer and stir gently. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh cranberries, if desired. You can mix the juices ahead of time and refrigerate. Add the seltzer just before serving. If desired, keep ice in individual glasses so the pitcher doesn’t get watered down.
🎄Christmas Garland Ice Cubes version: Fill an ice cube tray with orange juice, fresh or frozen cranberries, and a small sprig of rosemary in each compartment. Freeze until solid. Add the ice cubes to a large pitcher, then pour in the pomegranate-cranberry juice and lime seltzer. Serve immediately.

🍋 Simply Made Suggestions
- Keep it bubbly: Add the seltzer after shaking the juices.
- Adjust the sweetness: For a sweeter drink, replace some or all of the lime seltzer with lemon-lime soda.
- Make a cocktail: Replace the 3 oz of lime seltzer with 3 oz of Prosecco for an alcoholic version.
