Heart-Shaped Cake Donuts

Ingredients:
- strawberry cake mix
- milk
- eggs
- strawberry frosting
- vegetable oil
- Valentine themed sprinkles

Step-by-Step Directions:
Step 1: Set oven to 350ºF. Spray donut molds with non-stick spray. Place the cake mix, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl and, using an electric mixer, combine until smooth.
Step 2: Gently spoon the batter into the heart-shaped donut molds. Bake for 13-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before carefully removing them and placing them on a wire cooking rack to cool completely. *Alternately, you can pipe the batter into the heart-shaped molds.
Step 3: Put ¼-½ of the strawberry frosting into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the frosting for 10-20 seconds until it is slightly running and warmed.
Step 4: Dunk each donut into the melted frosting and immediately decorate with sprinkles. *Alternatively, you can drizzle the melted frosting over the top of each donut.
