Step-by-Step Directions:

Step 1: Set oven to 350ºF. Spray donut molds with non-stick spray. Using a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and milk with an electric mixer until combined.

Step 2: Gently spoon the batter into the donut molds. Bake for 13-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes clean. Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before carefully removing them and placing them on a wire cooking rack to cool completely. *Alternately, you can pipe the batter into the donut molds.

Step 3: Put ¼-½ of the strawberry frosting into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the frosting for 10-20 seconds until it is slightly running and warmed.

Step 4: Dunk each donut into the melted frosting one at a time and immediately decorate with crushed freeze-dried strawberries. *Alternatively, drizzle the melted frosting over the top of each donut.
