- 1½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- 2 kiwis peeled and chopped
- ¼-½ cup granola store-bought or homemade
- 1 tablespoon honey or to taste (start with 2 teaspoons and add more if needed)
- **Optional:** Use vanilla Greek yogurt for a sweeter parfait and reduce the honey to taste.
Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them into small pieces.
Trim both ends from each kiwi. Stand the kiwi upright on a cutting board and carefully slice away the peel, following the curve of the fruit.
Cut the peeled kiwis into small pieces.
Divide the yogurt and fruit between two glasses or jars, alternating layers until the ingredients are used. Top with granola and a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately for the best crunch.
